Ingredients
FOR MAKING PASTE
5 red chillies
1 tsp peppercorns
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 cup grated coconut
2 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds
FOR MAKING GRAVY
1 stick of cinnamon (dalchini)
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
few curry leaves (kadi patta)
200 gms chopped onions
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
2 green chillies, slit
200 gms chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup curds (dahi)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
200 gms soya chunks (nuggets)
salt to taste
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing

Method
Make a fine paste with red chilly,pepper,jeera,coconut grated,coriander seeds.Heat oil in a pan. Put cinnamon,saunf,curry leaves,onion chopped And saute until golden brown.
