Ingredients
1 cup soya chunks (nuggets)
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp sliced onions
oil for frying
1/2 cup soya chunks (nuggets), raw
1/2 tsp each baking powder and salt
3 tbsp each grated carrot and shredded capsicum
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tbsp each oil; corn flour mixed with ½ cup water and Soya sauce
2 tbsp each
water as required
2 cups
each pepper powder; sugar
½ tsp each
monosodium glutamate(Aji-no-moto)
1 tsp
chopped garlic; chopped green chili
1½ tbsp each
salt to taste
¼ tsp
vinegar
1 tbsp
Method
Mix all ingredients, keep for one hour.
Make tiny balls flattened lumps or any desired shape and deep fry till light brown.
Keep hot; pour sauce on top to serve. For sauce... Lightly sauté garlic and chili. Add all other ingredients, lowering flames, boil one minute. Pour hot on crispies and serve with usual accompaniments...
