Soya Vegetable Bonda

Ingredients
for the stuffing:
1/2 cup soya chunks (nuggets)
1/2 cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (carrots and beans)
1/2 cup boiled green peas
salt to taste
2 green chillies
coriander (dhania) leaves
for the floor:
1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
water as needed
1 to 2 tbsp cornflour (if needed)
salt to taste
1 tbsp chilli powder
a pinch of saffron colour
Method
For stuffing:
Soak the soya chunks in water for 10 mins.
Then squeeze and then grind in mixie.
Add to it the mashed potatoes.
Add to it the boiled vegetables n peas.mash well.
Add chopped g.chillies.
Fry onions in a kadaai.
Add these mashed vegetables, salt.mix well.
Add coriander leaves and transfer to a bowl.
Make balls with this and keep aside
For flour:
Mix everything needed for flour and make a paste of thin consistency.
Now dip those balls in the flour and deep fry in oil
