Soya Manchurian

Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Ingredients
150 gms soya chunks (nuggets)
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic (lehsun), finely chopped
7 to 8 green chillies, slit
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1 onion, cut into cubes
1 capsicum, cut into cubes
10 to 12 cashewnuts (kaju), lightly fried
salt and pepper to taste
little water for mixing cornflour
oil for frying
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
Method
Deep fry soya nuggets.drain on absorbent paper. Take oil.fry onoins till golden brown.
Add garlic & green chillies. Cook for some time. Add around 2 cups of water. Let it boil.
Add the chilli sauce Add cornflour mixed with little water Let it attain the desired consistency.
Add the fried cashewnuts,diced onion,diced capsicums. Cook for some time. Add the fried soya nuggets. Lastly add salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with corriander leaves. Serve hot with fried rice.
