Soaked Soya Chunks

Makes 1 cup
1/2 cup soya chunks (nuggets)
salt to taste
Method
Combine the soya chunks, salt and 1 cup of warm water together in a bowl.
Keep aside for 10 to 12 minutes.
Squeeze the soya chunks thoroughly, retain them and discard the drained water.
Chop them roughly and use as required.
