Configuring Sky Drive
SkyDrive is configurable in Windows 8.1 as well. You can right-click on any file or folder and select that it be stored either online (with a copy kept on your PC) or offline (with a cloud copy being all that’s kept). You can also move the location of the SkyDrive folder…
Right click on the SkyDrive link in the Navigation pane of File Explorer and select Properties
In the dialog that appears click the Location tab
Now you can click the Move button to change the default folder location for SkyDrive sync and backup on your PC
